My 11 year old son had some great luck on Saturday morning. There was a full moon, so the movement was late in the morning, but eventually a big 9 pointer followed some does by our stand. My son put the red dot on him, took a deep breath, and pulled the trigger on his Horton Crossbow. The buck went 8 yards and piled up. He is one happy kid and I am one proud Dad.

Very nice buck, I am sure you are a proud father! Nothing I enjoy more then see that grin on a youngster's face after a successful hunt. I am sure this will be the start of a great hunting career.
