Joe, you've been banned multiple times under multiple names at each forum that I am aware of. Is it that boring in Alaska?

He definitely needs to be relieved of his participation on this forum also!

If I was getting a re-curve, I would consider getting a Vortex or other Excal recurve. The ease of maintenance, accuracy, String changes, and adjustments are foolproof. Their warranty are second to none as well. (at least for the very few extremely minor problems I needed addressed through the years. (They replaced the limbs beacause the kolorfusion camo started to flake off in spots. I will prolly never go back to a compound. There are also several kickass and even awesome for entry level compounds that are super accurate and nice as well.

I just believe I am par to my Excalibur because it is so easy to maintain and will drop any large game in N. Indiana I will ever pursue. Not to mention they are super lightweight. The limbs are a little wide but I can work around that for my purposes. Hope this helps.
