just bought me a brand new crossbow Barnett Raptor FX. not sure how it shoots yet as im waiting for my crank cocker to come in..but all I can say for opening day of Kentucky bow season is, "IT"S CLOBBERING TIME"!!!

It didn't come with a cocking device? I bought the Barnett Vengeance and love mine.

I've been looking at the Vengeance. Have you had any problems with it?

No, it shoots great. The only thing that I don't like about is the bolts fall out of the quiver way to easy. I bought it for a hunt in Ohio and with the hope that they will legalize them here in Vermont soon. It seems to be a lot quieter than my dads normal crossbow and that's what I was going for, along with the speed.
