The crossbow can be a great source of fun but when you have young folks around make absolute sure of your instructions on finger placement.
I also just started with a Stryker 380 and I am really enjoying it until it gets hot. It also extends my hunting season

I also just got the Enforcer last week. It is a very nice sweet crossbow and shots great. Less then 10 shots to sight it in. Have the illuminated scope which should help in low light conditions. Good luck with your and have fun hunting. Be safe as others have mentioned.
