I'd recommend the axiom, it shot fairly well when i tried it out, and its easy on your wallet, good warranty, good scope, shoots fast and has power to spare when your hunting deer.

I personally use a Excalibur ibex and a Excalibur Equinox, the ibex, phoenix and axiom use the same rail and limbs and are all 175# so i would recommend any of those. But overall i would recommend the axiom just because of the price and basically with Excalibur's crossbows you can't go wrong, except maybe buying a way too heavy one and not being able to pull it :P
