It won't. Think the poster misunderstood the problem, but was nice of him to try and help.

If I understood, you got [or had] vanes in the target? If so, you can get the wrinkles out w/ hair dryer most of the time.

A cheap bag is the BM180 at maulmart fer $28 i am on my 3rd yr with mine & i shoot alot. I also have a Morrel Yellow Jacket CB bag. I think that Ballistic 450 bag will be my next one to try out!
