Sorry I've loooked everywhere for this answer but have found little bit tables of strange code. I heard they were thicker then arrows, but then that may be an optical illusion with them being shorter.

What is the nominal diametre of a crossbow bolt (both ID & OD?) What wall thickness is carbon fibre bolts? Yeh it might vary by manufacturer but the measurements of the popular name brand would be a big help.

I have 8mm ID CF tube and am wondering if nocks and broadhead adaptors can be bought to fit.

22 series alum are 22/64 depends on the size about the I D Most of the carbon are also 22/64 O D

Thanks fellas, so around .3", .30 cal makes it 7.62mm (crazy americans and your inches and fractions). So mines a bit large but I'm sure can be made to fit.
