serving wax or lube

With serving wax being fairly expensive for what you get, is there a cheaper or better choice that comes in a bigger qty?

???

I just did a quick google search and a 1 ounce tube goes for $3 or less at multiple retailers. I got a tube with my xbow last year and use the wax religiously.... and havent even used 1/4 of the tube... so I'm looking at this tube lasting a good 4 or 5 years. So, how big of a tube do you really need?

So little volume is needed to maintain your string that I have to ask............ what you are doing with it?
The best string/serving wax I've seen is Dalton 200

I use Moly grease for rifle barrels takes very little and works hot or cold.

Rookie question! Do you Jigaloo users put this product just on the rail or actually wipe it on the server/string as well? Thanks for the help.
