Check out the "search" button!

It'll give hours of reading on the subject.

Hasn't worked in years....way to answer his question though.

I have tried about everything that I can think of but my Horton is still about as loud as day one. Just limit your rang and understand that you will not get a second shot.

Odd, I used that button with the word quiet and got lots of reading.
Loud is relative. You can make a bow more quiet as long as you've done your home work. You have to do a nut and bolt check, you have to determine where the noise is coming from and you also have to figure out if your bow produces more noise than others.
Things like filling the stock and any hollow parts of the bow with foam or silicone works. Cat whiskers if served onto the string near the bow limbs work. Heavier arrows work. Carbon arrows are less noisy. A limb saver on the limbs work.

Strange....if I search quiet at the bottom of the page I get 2 results both from this thread. If I use the button at the "top search the forum" I never get any results.

Think that I have figured out the problem. IE works ....but I use Mozilla Firefox browser and it does not seem to work at all.

Firefox gives me a popup message that says:

The system could not find any record.

Possible causes include:

1) Your search term is not specific enough

2) There is indeed no matching record
