I am thinking about mainly targeting hogs when I pick up an x-bow. Is there anything in particular you can suggest specifically for hogs? Broadheads etc... I'm looking at the Parker Terminator. Any advise on x-bow would be helpful as well.

I have taken a couple hogs with a x-bow and used thunderheads 125gr. It was a blast, anytime hog hunting with anything is a blast to me.....I don't know much about the x-bow, it belonged to the shop I was shooting for. They are fun to shoot, thats about all I can tell you there....

2 things good solid B'heads= slick trick 100or 125. good CB that fits you, model and brand of your choice. just make sure you like the trigger &way it balances and feels in your shooting stance. maintaining CB get one the suits your style!

X2 on the Slick Tricks. Several hog hunting ranches in Tx don't allow mechanicals, which I don't care for personally anyhow. Check the net for an anatomy chart, their heart is low and forward. Guide Girl is definitely the hog queen of Tx. Hogs tremble at the mention of her name, lol.
