Cyclone
New toy and just- made arrows. GT's Lazer II, Blazers and brass, weigh 412 grns or so. Cyclone chrons about 355 fps with them and very accurate. Trigger still a bit stiff (only several days old). So far, I like it a lot.

RE: Cyclone
:DNice job! Congrats on the new bow. Good looking arra's too! How did you do the black nocks?

RE: Cyclone
They're stock GT nocks. They just press in, can be removed for stripping the lacquer when refletching or even turned a bit to align with the cock vane.

RE: Cyclone
Yes. I paint the raw arrows after taping the back off with masking take. Then, press in the nocks, fletch and glue the inserts last. The nocks are in tight but removable. That way they can be taken off to remove the lacquer with acetone if re fleching is newcessary. As you may know, acetone melts plastic, so the nocks would have to be taped. To labor intensive.
