Did I miss it or did she say where she bought it,any dealer should work
with her on it,just wondering.:)

I asked that earlier in this thread too

I looked at the back posts and didnt see anywhere where it said...

she kind of just pops in and then dissappears without leaving much of anything to really go on

Yote, quoting your post to save some typing. Any Excal bought anywhere in USA that has a problem ends up at Danny Millers. Going back to a dealer won't help much unless he is willing to replace the bow or problem parts right on the spot. Cabelas has a liberal return policy, Bass Pro is 30 days I believe from what I've read here, BHSS is store credit only, but all three of them ship their problems to Danny, so anyone w/ an Excal problem can save time by just going straight to him.

I understand that it just seems someone had mentioned that in a previous
post and was wondering why she hasnt called Dan the man!Makes me
envious of Excals customer service, think they are #1 over every one!

true, but if it is actually a damaged/defective limb I'd be interested in where/why it came about, having a limb splinter in this sort of a situation isnt a minor matter when it comes to the reputation of a company and if it happened somewhereafter it left the factory it would be nice to find out and have that fact pointed out(if at all possible) because, wether it is or not, right now its kind of looking like its an excal scew-up...

This is one club I do not wish to join, but thanks for the offer :D..
Back to he limb cracking thing, its been bugging me,did the limb really crack or just make that kind of sound ?.The reason I ask is if I recall someone just got one with a upgrade that needed to be put on were the limbs attach and if it was, were the 4 bolts put back on tight because if you were trying to string it and the limbs had movement were they mount that might cause a sound of cracking if they moved in the mounting area..just a thought.....
