How long can you.......

RE: How long can you.......
I have a Horton Yukon SL and have had it cocked all day. I've never had any problem with lack of fire power after being cocked for long periods of time. I killed 2 deer and a turkey with my Horton being cocked for longer than 4 hours.

RE: How long can you.......
one thing I should add... the easy of cocking it for me is based on the fact that I'm standing in my yard with all the right conditions involved, I use alot of arm strength but I tend to use my back/shoulders more than my legs or arms and under those circumstances its really pretty easy, buthumped up like a monkey in a treestand trying to do it is a whole different story, the difference in difficulty can be amazing, and you almost have to laugh at yourself sometimes at what it must look like struggling to try to cock that thing up there inthat tree
I've had problems trying to cock it while sitting on the ground even(and trying to be as stealthy as possible), its just a whole different gameunder hunting conditions and I've actually been thinking of getting a rope cocker and giving it a try
