Happy thanksgiving to you to Ol Sproule. Hows the hunting going in PA? Hope you are having good hunting and hope them CB guys leave you some deer! LOL!!

this is toughest year i have had in long time hunting.
saw only 3 grouse with my lab.
saw a total of 12 doe and 1 spike buck for 4 weeks of archery i hunted.
4 pheasants.
never saw turkey.
saw 4 bear but all small under 150 pds,saw 350 pd one before season.
i did have funny thing happen, i bought one of those buck deer decoys.
i put it in my yard,it is 8 point.
i put a drop ofdoe urine on it.
about 2 am my lab opened up in home.
i turned on spot light and there was a small spike buck beating the h out of the decoy.
he ripped horns off head of decoy,took his back feet and kicked the decoy in guts.
that was good one.

then to end things, i got LYME DISEASE,you believe that.
i am just starting to feel better after 2 weeks sick..
