Default excal guys

I took my string off because I was done for the season but decided to shoot another doe for a sharing the harvest program where the meat goes to the hungry. I put it back on and shot today. It was shooting quite different and the broadheads shoot different than my field points now. I got it sighted in with broadheads and I'm ready to hunt. Is my string maybe twisted a slight bit more on one side maybe? Or is this just normal tuning when you take your string off? Thanks, Brad

Yes I had it off a few days. Brace height seems to be in the same spot. I Guess I'll play with it after the season.

I got it now. Took the string off and took a twist out of the left side.

Excals have two adjustment lines on the rail. You must twist the string till it is in the same spot to have the same release each time. After time the string will stretch and relax. You should get used to putting iton one of the lines. Preferably the inside line. Try to keep it as close as you can andyour shots should remain consistant, everything else remaining the same.

I guess it has to stretch some more still. I have over a hundred shots out of it and its still 3/8" outside the line towards me.

don't think so. Its the one that comes with the bow. My groups sure aren't as tight ever since I took the string off.

The string should stretch and always put string back on same ends of limbs they came off of. Mark it, i always put a piece of string on right right side end loop.
