Groupings for Horton Summit and question about bowhunting in Europe
Hello everyone and thank you for being so helpful in my previous thread
I got my stuff sorted out and my groupings are just under two inches at 20 yards using field points and a bench rest. At 10 yards putting the arrow in the samehole again and again is very easy. (more accurate than any of my airguns)Is this aboutaverage for an entry-level bow? I only took about 10 shots to get those results-do you think they can be improved upon? I would like my setup to be as accurate as possible. lol I guess anything is better than my 45# recurve which I shoot instinctually and can get 3-4" groups at 10 yards.
Next question... I will be moving to the UK (Scotland) in several months and I'd like to know where the best places are in Europe to hunt. I know bowhunting is illegal in the UK (too bad for a place with such rich archery history-darn PETA folks) but does anyone know where people go bowhunting in Europe?
Thanks again
