nock question
this is probably a stupid question but I was looking at the threaded nocks that they use for arrow pullers and was wondering what the difference is between those and the tip inserts, can the tip inserts be used at the nock end or is there something there that I'm just not seeing that makes ita badidea
the puller I'm not so worried about but my fletcher is a one vane/feather at a time rig and requires an arrow nock to lock into a groove to rotate and align them and I was thinking that I could rig up and glue a field point in an actual arrow nock, then thread it into the flat, threaded arrow puller nock on my crossbow arrows, that would allow me to use my fleatching rig to refletch my flat nock crossbow arrows

RE: nock question
I've read of guys using inserts for nocks, and that they [inserts] wear faster from lesser contact area w/ string, but think it's a weight thingy. Saw a trick somewhere to beat your type fletcher, a common slip on pencil eraser w/ a slot cut in it???? Good Luck!
