my cousins horton came with XX75 ,20 inch arrows called LS LITE..
i called factory and they said they are 2216 arrows..
i could not tune the points..the inserts they had in them were PLASTIC,so, i had them removed and alumium ones put in..then they took that arrow tool and trued the outside of inserts..
5 were great on spin test,1 wobbled,so i took insert out and i noticed it was a 2219,insert not 2216..
is this ok to use 2219 insert if factory said arrow is 2216..
archery shop did not seem to be concerned..
what do you all think?

You need the proper size inserts so it can be tuned with the rest of 2216's! Everything should match from each arrow, don't matter if you have 60 of them! Balance is name of the game.

Sproule, plastic inserts are for the string end. There something wrong with them. This is not normal. If your shafts are straight I think you should get an ASD from G5 Outdoors. What broadheads are they?

i took them out and wanted alumium..i also put 2 inch blazer vanes on them too and took off the 5 inch vanes..
archery shop put in 2219 point inserts and left the plastic in the nock..
guy from italy who tests crossbows told me to get those vanes off and also get that plastic point inserts out..he said you want that FOC to be heavy on front..
i am using SPITFIRE 100 mechiicals in his bow..
hope this helps
