Ive been looking around for one also.I only will buy new tho,saw one at sportsman wharehouse(I think ten point ?)was 1299 all set up.I dont know if thats in the park or not or should one buy a stripped on and add on themselfs for half the cost.

this is what I did I checked out the different brands of crossbows in magazines and on line and started asking questions on the forums about the ones I was interested in and then found a pro shop that carried crossbows the first pro shop only had one of the brands I was interested in, and went and got my hands on it and shot it,, and then come back to the forums asked more questions and then went and checked out a couple of more brands at another pro shop that had a bigger variety of crossbows and shot them and decided from their which to get..

so my advice is decide which you are interested in ask questions about it get your hands on it and shoot it then decide..
