The generation 1 is the lowest for resolution. I'd buy one if I did much in the way of scouting for deer but my hunting partner does all of the scouting. Toy yes but a good one!

I tried the 3rd gen,but needed the money for my rod,the pair I looked at were 1899 0n sale.There is a big price dif going from 2 to 3's.
Forgot to say.....If you have twos you wont want to go to lowerend 3s,youll want the middle to higher end 3s witch ive seen up to 4 grand.Always look for the sale on these because its around afew hundred you can save if not more.
