RE: New Excalibur Phoenix

DnK ,thank for the fast answer.I've been hunting 46 years with a bow.
7 Year ago had hearth valves replace ,last summer had a CVA now have a hard time shooting my pow over 55# so looking for a crossbow ,was to go with excalibur EXOCET ,its 200# pressure so will i be able to play with it many shots or does the Phoenix be my best bet?

The Phoenix has plenty of power for hunting moose elk deer hog bear or whatever you may wish to hut , you will beshooting arrows at around 300 fps with over 70 fp of kenetic energy.. plenty of power

I had a Phoenix before I got the Exocet and this is just my opinion but I think the Phoenix is the best of the line of the Excaliburs.. it has plenty of powe and speed.. and it is amazing how much easier it is to cock than the Exocet.. just mu thoughts..

I agree with Henry, the Phoenix is probably the best bet for you with draw weight, power and weight considered.

Phoenix lineup, GT's lite weights 72KE, 2213's 75KE, 2216's 77KE and 2219's 79KE. Ain't no doubt i would snuff a full Bull Moose at 30 yds. with mine![:-]
