My sholder is black and blue from shooting my xbows. anyone else have an xbow that kicks?

no, i look that way b/c i shoot so much and that string isnt the easiest thing to get up.but seriously it feels like a good shotgun in the arm. even if i put it up hard against my shoulder it still kicks good.
