RE: fletchings
This weekend I was building arrows from scratch. Bare shaft to arrows and bolt. There are lots of tools and they aren't really expensive. Some guys take dead compound arrows, cut them down and use them for xbows. Vanes are like .15 each or less and some guys use crazy glue, all you need is a flething tool $20.00 and up. There is tons of info out there about how to do it. Check it out.

Go to my website autotrend.net and mail away to that address. I only have yellow in 5" vanes but I have a few colours in 2" blazers. Everyone else here is invited as well.

RE: fletchings
Dnk, I thought about trying them will the 2 inch blazer work on a crossbow, will it drag the bottom of slot in rail. I use 4 inch vanes
at 7 degrees for my exomag you could probably use 10 or 12 degreeson the blazer
it would really put a lot of spin on your arrow.

Tar Heel, I stinking well forgot to check, so I ran downstairs to check. Its fne. I have put a right helical on the blazer and there is room to rotate and some where around 1/4 inch below the fletch. Thanks for mentioning that.
BTW are you the same Tar Heel on the Excal forum?
