We always boil the tongue then skin it and slice it cold to eat.

This guy was ordering tripe(tounge) in a resturaunt when another customer yelled Yuck- don't you know that came from a cows mouth!!!!!
The guy said, so- what are you eating. He replied -why I'm having eggs
