Got a lot of requests for this, so here it is guys.

Put deer ham/shoulder in a turkey bag and put in pan.
Add
1 cup veg. oil
1/2 bottle whostershire sauce
1/2 bottle zesty italian dressing
1/2 bottle Carolina treat bbq sauce
1/4 cup Texas pete (or more depends on how you like it)
1 stick butter

zip bag closed and cook on grill at 250 -300 for 7-8 hours.
