good hot dog recipies

I was hoping for some recipies for making homemade venison hotdogs.[&:]
But anyway you can make Italian dogs. chilie dogs. cheese dogs. Wrap in bacon cook and then add cheese, slice them and add to scrambled eggs, or hot dogs and beans.. sliced and cooked in pastry dough as horderves. or give them to the dog.

I haven't read or heard about anyone making venison dogs... that would be an interesting topic!
As for the hot dogs, nothing like cooking them over a fire on a stick! Place them in a potato bun with some spicy mustard - good eats! I keep it simple...

Salsa, fried onions, all types of cheese, saurkraut, diced tomatoes, fried mushrooms, raw onions, chili, guacamoli, bacon....use your imagination!
Personally, I like to dice tomato and onion, mix them together, steam the bun, BBQ the weiner...then add relish, a slice or two of bacon, mozzerella cheese, then the tomato/onion mix.....good eating!
I tried to do most of them at once on a dog but needed a knife and fork and a real big napkin.

Here's one of our familys all time favorites...my wife would kill me if she knew I was giving this recipe away.
2 boxes macaroni-n-cheese
1 pkg (8) hotdogs sliced in 1/2" pieces
Enjoy!
