    I know asking for a recipe for Hobo stew pretty much defeats the purpose, but... Whenever we make it the stew comes out super watery, does anyone have a recipe that eliminates the watery taste.

    Simmer without the top to concentrate the flavors.

    Add a little cornstarch mixed with water or flour and water as a thickener.
