Default Cheese Crusted Fish Steaks

-Featured Recipe-
Cheese Crusted Fish Steaks
6 Servings

2 pounds Fish steaks,
(fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Garlic and Herb
dressing 1/2 cup Corn Flakes,
finely crushed
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese,
shredded
6 Tomato slices

Thaw fish, if frozen. Cut steaks into serving portions and place in a single layer in a baking dish about 8 by 12 inches in size. Pour dressing over fish and place in a refrigerator for several hours, turning fish several times. Combine corn flake crumbs and cheese and roll fish in the mixture.

Arrange fish in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish, about 8 by 12 inches in size. Sprinkle any remaining crumbs-and-cheese mixture over the fish. Bake in a very hot oven, 450 degrees (F), for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with tomato slices and serve.
