I usually get my rats from road kill in the summer so they are pre cooked. Just kidding what ever floats your boat. In fact if siomeone was to cook them I would try it.

Had it again on Mon nite, this time it was the best yet, those hind quarters were really big , about 70 people there at this sitting...

whats a musk rat? do they look like otters? how big do they get? im just curious because i dont think we have them down here and i dont think ive ever seen one and i sure as heck havent eaten one.

it does look like a beaver or a nutria its not really something id look at and say "i wonder what it taste like? Lets cook it."
