Antelope backstraps marinated for 2 days in olive oil, worstechire sauce, teriyaki, garlic powder, and a little bit of vinegar. then you grill 'em!

I love this:

Venison Roast:

Big Jar of Pepperchines (take stems off and get seeds out)

Put roast in Crock pot with Pepperchines and THE JUICE (not O.J Simpson)

Add: one can of beef broth

Package of DRY Italian dressing mix

Let the roast sit in crock pot for about 8 hours. Then shred it with a fork, and put on some good bread (rolls). Awesome sandwiches. The more pepperchines the better.

I had some freinds over. They were Girlfriend/Boyfriend. We got home from the bar and needed some eats. SHE HATES VENISON. I gave it to her without telling her. She had two helpings. The next day she wanted some for lunch. She got about three bites in....Then I told her!!!!! She finished the rest of the sandwich....and enjoyed it. Good stuff.

Nut/berry encrusted venison back straps.

Finely chop up a bag of nut/berry mix (pecans, pastachios, pin nuts, sunflower, cashews, dried blueberries, cranberries and cherries.)

Coat the meat and seal both sides in a very hot electric skillet in some olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings of choice. Place strips of bacon on the sealed chops, and simmer adding water the entire time for about an hour and a half. Delicious!

I can't say for sure what it taste like cause its been quite some time, But while trapping as a kid once , I decided to try it. Skinned ,cleaned and roasted it right there. My friends and I tried it and it wasn't bad. After all they are vegetarians and I would asume it would taste something like rabbit.
