have been trying for some time to blend my own summer sausage seasoning, have come up short so far, Anybody have a great recipe for summer sausage seasoning ?

This one is a semi plain with a hint of the german profile to it. Not spicy and not sweet. Mettwurst

I have tried several Jalapeno and cheese recipes and haven't found one I like yet.
