Cabelas kits are pretty good. Cheddar and jalapeño is where it at. We do add more cheese.

They have all kinds of spices and a lot cheaper than Cabelas. They do small prepacked mixes that do from 15-25#. They located in Omaha,Nebraska and do ship. They are a sponsor on this site
