Default Glazed deer hams

I noticed I have not been posting here and have some recipes and stuff I have done to share. I like to self process as I can control what I get. Most processors want to slice hind leg as steaks and I think venison is a poor substitute as steak. No marbling makes for dry meat like that. So I bone out in muscle groups and make ham meat to be sliced for sandwiches or just finger food like jerky. Deer hams
