I smoked a Pork loin and made deer chili. Both turned out great. It was 5 with a windchill of -9 when I was doing the smoking. Kinda hard to keep the temp up but glad I have an electric smoker with a remote and a meat thermometer I can read from inside the house lol.

haha yea this cold weather is for the birds, not a fan what so ever. I see other people talking about using welding blankets to cover the smoker to keep heat in.
