It sure was good! The side is garlic rosemary buttered couscous.

We need more details!

This is something I struggle with. I like to go squirrel hunting every now and then, and I eat everything I shoot. Squirrel always seems flavorless to me, I'm told it's all in how you prep it. Teach me your secrets.
