I'd give it a 5 star..you can get it off Walmart.Com for 99.00
Cabelas wants 159.00

Walmart will ship to your home in less than a week for .97

It's funny you should reply..I used it yesterday...I only got one deer last year so I use the meat wisely..It's only my wife and I ..

I had a small roast..only about 7 inches long...I thawed it out { WHich I will do with all my roast." } It made about 14 steaks..

Cut the roast in steaks about 3/8 of an inch to 1/2 inch thick

you run the steak through once ..turn it 90 degrees and once more...EVERYONE loves them...for me..I put a couple slices of bacon in a cast iron on med. high..

get it good and hot..salt and pepper the steaks...NO FLour is best...just the steaks..

Sear hot on both sides..OUTRAGEOUS and can cut with a fork...our Florida deer taste awesome...very nice taste.

PS.clean up is unreal....less than 60 secands...unscrew 2 screws..for some reason there is no blood or mess on the cutting wheels...dip in hot water..rinse..reaassemble....total time maybe 3 minutes from unassemble to reassemble..great investment...
