looking for Beer Venison or Beer marinade

Give me some ideas - I'm looking for a marinade or something to cook up some little steaks ( possibly for sandwiches & dinner steaks both - aka - cook it for dinner & take it to work for the next lunch )

Beer and Dales. Open beer pour in mouth. Open Dales pour on meat.
