Venison jerky
I made some good jerky and figured I share the recipe with you guys
Take your steaks and cut in thin strips to your desire
Make your marinade, what i like to make in mine is:
Apple Cider vinegar
Tabasco sauce
Pepper
Salt
Bourbon Whiskey or liquid smoke
Sweet Baby Ray's sauce
I just use those as a guideline depending on how much venison I have. I use those ingredients as a guideline then as I go, add to my taste. Marinade for 2-3days then dehydrate

This is my AMF (almost famous) recipe.
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcester sauce
1/8 cup of liquid smoke
Crushed red pepper to the liking and some salt
Marinate for 2 days and don't over cook. Depending on the thickness and the temp, it needs rotating and be watched as it dries out at different intervals.
