Atomic Buffalo Turds
japaleno peppers cut in half seeded, cream cheese filled, a piece of sausage on top then wrapped in bacon. Smoke or grill until bacon is done. Caution these are addictive.

OMG, this is my kind of dish! Jalapeno and bacon make anything better! ha. And thanks for posting the detailed pics.

I just emailed this recipe to my mom and sis and they insisted that I try this out on Thanksgiving, so I'll let you know how it goes.

BTW, what kind of sausage did you use....looks like chinese pork sausage.

They were venison Terriaki snack stix.

I've had the ABT's without the sausage before... They were delicious. Can't imagine how great they would be with the sausage on them.
