To the guy w/the cream cheese recipe
All I can say is thanks! It is easy and great! I'll do it again. The wife said it is her favorite way to date. We've been eating deer for fifteen years.
Butterfly the loin, cover with cream cheese, add a peppercini, fold, toothpick it closed, and grill.
Way to go! Hats off to you!
