Deep-fryed Deer

I may be a little late on this one, but i'll try anyway. I was reading the post on fryed turkey and decided to start this. I get this stuff called 'Uncle Bucks' (bass pro brand) fish batter. it is a dry batter, no eggs involved. put this stuff on a chunked up deer loin and fry it like you would tator tots. all I can say is- HEAVEN!!

oh i forgot, roasts will work too, but nothing will compare to LOIN. can even marinate the chunks before coating in batter. pork loin is good too.
