Default Venison Recipe secret


Does anyone have any good Venison Recipes that they wouldn't mind sharing in details? I have seen alotof platters that really looks tasty, But don't know how they made it

Its not really a recipe but my mom always swore by soaking deer in milk.


A buddy Takes aloin and cuts into small cubes then soaks it in milk overnight. Then he breads the cubes and either deep frys it or pan frys it. He also sometimes soaks it in Itallian dressing after he soaks it in milk

You cant go wrong soaking the deer meat in Italian Dressing. I usually marinate mine for a few hours and then cook in alum. foil in the oven.

a friend of mine soaks his venison in pepsi. he says it makes it a little sweeter.
