Tenderloin in oven

I would like to know a good way to cook tenderloin in the oven, maybe cook it with some onions,bellpeppers,and potatoes. The only way I have ever cooked it is flouring it and frying. Its good this way, I would just like to try something different.Any suggestions.

HC4RUNNER, HERE IS A RECIPE THAT I HAVE USED AND JUST LOVE. ITS QUICK AND EASY.
2 VENISON TENDERLOINS
1 BOX STUFFING MIX (I USE STOVE TOP)
1/2# PORK SAUSAGE MEAT (YOU CAN USE ANY TYPE OF SAUSAGE MEAT)
4 SLICES THICK SLICED BACON
BUTTERFLY TEMDERLOINS AND POUND OUT TO APPROX 1/8 INCH THICK. TAKE PREPARED STUFFING AND PLACE IT ON TOP OF TENDERLOINS SPREADING OUT EVENLY. PLACE SAUSAGE MEAT ON TENDERLOINS. ROLL TENDERLOINS UP AS TIGHT AS POSSIBLE. WRAP WITH BACON. BAKE IN 350 OVEN FOR 35 TO 40 MIN. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET REST FOR 10 MIN BEFORE SLICING. SERVE.
I LIKE TO SERVE THIS DISH WITH STONE GROUND MUSTARD ON THE SIDE.
