We'll be hunting antelope this fall and I've never cooked it before. Anyone have any tasty recipes?

I had some antelope for the first time last Nov. while at my friends farm deer hunting. A couple of them had gone out West to hunt antelope. Really all they brought was the backsrtaps. We marinaded them and used some seasoning from the store. They were good but I couldn't tell the difference between them and the deer backstarps we grilled too.

All I use for the most part is some Olive oil and Mrs. Dash then put them on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side and to me they are perfect.
