If you have some deer meat in the freezer that you dont know what to do with and have ran out of recipes, you have to try Italian deer. You just cook it the same way you cook Italian beef. I think it taste better and has a better texture. Im starting to run short on Ideas for recipes, Ive done about all I can think of. Anyone have any recipes they mind shareing, because I would realy appriciate it. Got a lot of meat in the freezer.
