Yeah, there's nothing like cooking over an open fire. I started building these for my self and then friends. Over the years I have put all kinds of stuff on them. They are 36" in diameter, stand appx 32" high made from 1/4"and 3/8" plate and weigh in the 150-175 lb range. All have grills/grates for cooking but are not always pictured. They do cook steaks and fajitas very well.

Here are just a few examples....

I work with metal and I must say, excellent work doubleA...How did you come about with the pattern? I guess the plates are laser cut being 1/4” or 3/8” plates?...

I'm going to have to make one and it wont be as fancy as boubleA, but it will be stainless steel...:D

Our main line is clothing fixtures but with today's demands we are into anything consisting of mild steel, stainless steel tubing and sheet metal...

Sorry for the delay in responding, I have been away chasing mule deer and elk for the last week and a half.

The fire rings are made from plain ol A36 sheet steel, sheared into strips and rolled.
While I do some work with a plasma torch,98% of the cutting is done with a oxy/acetylene torch. It is time consuming but all the artwork work and cutting is done by hand. With that, I would have a hard time selling them for a profit due to the labor involved. I have thought about getting a CAD/CNC plasma but really cant justify the expense right now.

Thanks for the kind words.........
