Default Deer Veggie stew

I just got home from the first week of deer season. I brought in some meat and chopped up a batch for some stew. I always add a dash of S0y Sauce to the starting juice. I add either Kastup or Tomato juice and a couple of beef Bullion cubes. I add cabbage, celery. onions, Garlic, tomatos, a potato and turnips when I have them. Also carrots and mixed vegies. I put it all in the crock pot and let it cook most of the day. I fried up some deer steak and eggs while I was waiting. Good hunting and good cooking.

It was great. I ate two bowls and could have done another. Life will be good this winter with lots of deer meat in the freezer. I was out of turnips and only had one potato though.

Stew and Chilli are hard to beat as the weather starts getting cold. Warms up the old bones.
