Are you crazy like me. Or at least my wife thinks Im crazy. I set up a tree stand in one of my pecan trees in my back yard and a tripod behind an oak tree to practice shooting out of. She thinks I have gone over the deep end. Crazy , is when you go tearing through the house running as fast as you can at anything that resembles the sound of a UPS truck pulling up with that awaited archery package. (<yep! been there. she thought I was nuts) Crazy , is when you have more Cabelas Club Visa Bonus dollars than your wifes maximum MasterCard credit limit! (<Yep , I hear about that one all the time) Guess I'll have to spend those bonus dollars to make her happy.:(;) Crazy , is when you pick up a brand new bow in the morning , sight it in , shoot it all day , and your still holding it in your lap while watching Survivor. What can I say?  |

I shoot out the bedroom window at different targets set 20,30,40 yards.

I always thought it would be kind of a neat idea to climb one of those tall radio station antennas with my summit climber,,you know, just to see how how high one could go,,now that would be a trip.

everyone thinks i'm crazy,
Live in NYC, East village, Should see peoples reactions when they see me load my car up decked in camo, they stop, whisper to eachother "thats a hunter" they look back, then when i go upstate where my land is, if i'm still dressed in my city clothes, slacks, button down shirts, shoes etc., i get similar looks, thats a city boy. |

my wife thinks I am nuts. about hunting that is. I put up tree stands like that to shoot out of too. practice as you would hunt.

My wife thinks I'm nuts because I have half of my half of our walk in closet devoted to camoflage. And I have the tops and bottoms seperated by pattern in the same order. Not to mention the various bags and packs that contain all of my accessories sitting on the closet floor. She's ticked right now because I have a large plastic container (3' x 3' x 2') sitting in the bedroom full of stuff that I haven't put up yet. I would move it into the garage, but that is where all my fishing stuff is.:D
