I'm with everybody else......what I pack in, I pack out. I even go to the extreme sometimes and pick up trash (within reason). If I see a wrapper or can in the woods I'll pick it up. But if it's a farmer's junk pile, obiviously that's a little harder to "pack out" with you!

I'm skeptical of this thread but I'll tell you what I do. I pack it all out. Always. I have hunted for 10 + years in the wilderness areas of Colorado, and its very rare to find any trash or anything left by hunters. Hikers leave more IMO but overall its not much at all. And I've also found most hunters will pick up stuff they see and pack it out with their trash as well.

How ? By horse, llamas or backpacking ....... carry it out anyway you can. Hunters do more FOR the enviroment than most any other group of people shring the wilderness and public lands
