Default Rocket Bheads...Which has worked the best for you?

I'm shooting a carbon(Beman ICS 400) at 70lbs and am right at 280 fps. Just curious which Rocket ahs worked the best with your setup.

Thanks

I have used several Rocket Broadhead designs over the years....Naildriver, Hammerhead, Sidewinder, Steelhead....and always find myself coming back to the Steelheads. Their short ferrule, modest cutting diameter and angled blade design work very well for me in terms of both accuracy and penetration.

Complaints over the years of either not having the blades sharp enough or there not being enough threads for the head to secure completely into some shafts are definitely well founded....though I have never had a problem with either. Hopefully the design continues to improve.

Sidewinders are a one hit wonder. They do the job they are designed to doand do it well.. Just don't plan on getting too many uses out of one head.

I have also used many different Rocket heads and they ALL work exceptionally well for me! I love the entire product line. I've killed critters with the Steelhead 100, 125 and 100XP..... MinBlasters 3Ls and 4s..... Sidewinder 3LT and 100...... Slammerhead 90...... Hammerhead 100.... Ultimate Steel 100

I also prefer the little wicked Steelhead and find myself swearing by this b-head more than ANY other. They are just devastating and shoot through anything! I've tagged 26 deer alone with thee heads and all but 1 spine has been a total pass-through! Also, not a ONE has taken more than 60 yards one me!!! Bullets with butterfly wings is what we call them. Last year I used the Steelhead 100XP and these heads were as awesome as anything I have EVER seen!

I love Steelheads too. Best expandable head out there IMHO. Tough and penetrate like the devil.
